Support

QT support

Find the right path for QT account, broker-connection, review, privacy, security, and broker-side questions.

Response target

QT aims to acknowledge support requests within seven U.S. business days during the initial release. This is a service target, not a guarantee.

Open QT support

Start with the right service

Use QT support for QT sign-in, instruction translation, review or confirmation screens, Alpaca connection state, privacy requests, and QT account deletion.

Use Alpaca support and the Alpaca application directly for questions about the brokerage account, broker-side orders or positions, account funding, statements, tax records, or activity that must be addressed at the broker.

Send a QT support request

Open Feedback from the footer, choose General, and begin your message with 'Support request.' Include the QT page, approximate time, browser and device, and a description of what happened.

Do not include passwords, authentication codes, OAuth codes, access tokens, broker credentials, full account numbers, government identifiers, or payment information.

Security and privacy

For a suspected QT security issue, begin the Feedback message with 'Security report' and provide a safe way to reply. For a privacy request, begin with 'Privacy request' and use the verified email associated with your QT account when possible.

If you suspect unauthorized broker activity, secure the Alpaca account and contact Alpaca immediately. Where available, disconnecting QT prevents future QT use of that authorization but does not cancel broker-side activity.

Delete your QT account

Where QT account-deletion controls are available, sign in and use them to request removal of your QT identity and customer connection records. Otherwise, open Feedback, choose General, and begin your message with "Account deletion request."

Deleting QT does not delete the Alpaca account or change broker-side orders and positions.
